Living the WORD of God
For us to move forward in our Kingdom Assignment (Destiny) as believers in Christ Jesus, we need to know and live the WORD of GOD. John Chapter 1 says in the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the WORD was GOD… And the WORD became flesh and dwelt amongst us and we beheld HIM as the only begotten of the Father full of Grace and Truth.
In other words, JESUS is the Living WORD of God and for us to emulate and live like Christ, we need to know and live the WORD of God. Psalm 119:105. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. A lamp gives light – illumination – direction – understanding. So Make the WORD of God a priority in your life – spend time with the word daily – meditate upon it daily and apply the Word to every area of your life and you will walk is total victory.
We all want to make it in life and God given us HIS recipe for GOOD SUCCESS and it is in Joshua 1:8, “This Book of the Law (Word of God) shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.
GOD’S RECIPE FOR GOOD SUCCESS – (Joshua 1:8)
1. Depart from your mouth means - Confess & Declare the WORD of GOD
2. Meditate day and night means – Memorize – Analyze – Visualize – Personalize the Word of God and hide it in your Heart
3. Observe to DO means – Live it – apply it to every area of your life
4. According as it is written means – Don’t interpret it your way but seek Understanding (God’s interpretation)
And the end result will be – You will make your way prosperous and have GOOD Success.
